and USPS in Maryville, TN. As such, we pride ourselves on fast, professional packing and shipping services.
Mail Center USA is also authorized as a drop-off location by the same carriers, so businesses with their own accounts can drop off their already-packed and labeled shipments at our location to be picked up by daily by the carrier.
If you have a valid account with one of the carriers listed below, you can drop your ready-for-shipping letter or package at our location—at no additional charge. Note: any additional packaging, taping or labeling that may be needed to properly protect your shipment may require additional fees.
If you have a QR Code or AT&T equipment return, please take those to the UPS store or FedEx Office store based on the return instructions. We are unable to process returns with QR codes at this time.
NOTE: If you have an on-line purchase return, we can accept pre-paid / pre-labled packages for US-Postal, UPS, FedEx Ground & FedEx Express.
- Amazon returns using a QR code need to be taken to the UPS Store, located in Midland Plaza (Maryville).
- If you have a Walmart (or other) QR code requiring a drop off at a FedEx location, you must take these to the FedEx Office Store in Knoxville.
